Historic Sam Davis Home & Plantation :

Welcome to the Historic Sam Davis Home and Plantation, a historic treasure set on 168 serene acres in the heart of Smyrna, Tennessee.Built in the early 1800's, this Greek Revival style home is one of the top cultural and historic attractions in Smyrna, Rutherford County, and Middle Tennessee.With two historic homes, several outbuildings, the family cemetery, and over 100 of the Davis family's personal affects on display, visitors to the Historic Sam Davis Home are able to take a step back in time and get a true sense of 19th century life.

The Grand Ole Opry is a weekly country-music stage concert in Nashville, Tennessee, which was founded on November 28, 1925, by George D. Hay as a one-hour radio "barn dance" on WSM. Currently owned and operated by Opry Entertainment (a division of Ryman Hospitality Properties, Inc.), it is the longest-running radio broadcast in US history, albeit not the longest-running one on a radio network.
